After countless years of passing by the Asian Wok I learned a waitress from an old Cleveland staple had been working there for quite sometime...needless to say we had to go. If you overlook the crowded/dated decor you will find a traditional Cantonese menu. I loved the egg drop soup, spring rolls and my mother couldn't stop eating the ribs. I ordered the scallops and pea pod dish, it was fresh, full of garlic and delicious. The owner Jenny was very welcoming and I was thrilled to find Eshue working there, we will define back. Did I mention the untraditional folk dup on guitar on a Friday night, I guess you never know what you will find.
They do have the best asian food in the area, When they were closed after their fire, we tried 6 or more asian restaurants, and they have the best by far. I told them I'll have to croak before they retire because I won't ever find asian food anywhere as good as theirs.
Asian Wok has the best asian food in our area. The owners are charming and so grateful for your business. We've tried many other local asian restaurants but no one has better food and their prices are reasonable. We're loyal fans!
I walked in I was questioning who I came. We got a warm welcome. The food was great !!! But it was the service from Ashu that will make us coke back over and over again !!! See you soon.... Also the Mai Tai and Lovers Volcano tiki drinks were delicious
This is the best Cantonese/Mandarin food you will find in Cuyahoga County. The food is always fresh and delicious. The soups and sauces are amazing, which is the key to a great restaurant. This place knows their food, and service! Can't imagine ordering Chinese food from anywhere else on the west side.
